When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge) will take our team about 15 to 20 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.
My order is not complete
If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I did not receive my order yet.
Something wrong with the Post Office? Package lost, broken, destroyed?
With our secure delivery, Skull Action® takes care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier by letting you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.
