Order processing/dispatch times can vary between 1 and 3 days.

Also, since most manufacturers are different, don't be surprised to receive some products separately. They are not related to each other and are therefore only informed about their products. It is therefore quite normal not to receive your order at once. Be reassured!

Our international suppliers do not all provide immediate tracking numbers, but we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event of a problem, you will be refunded unconditionally.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item can arrive within 2 to 4 weeks for any delivery in France, for any other delivery destination, a delay of 2/3 weeks is to be added.

This delivery time is due to the passage through customs for each product (standard procedure). The passage in their services can be done very quickly as it can require more time, Satan-Shop has no authority on them.

Exceptionally, any order placed in December can require more time than expected, up to 6 weeks, for reasons beyond our control, due to overloads of logistics and holidays affecting the workload of customs and postal services.


Shipping and handling fees are 4.90€ for premium deliveries including theft and breakage.


Delivery and production costs are free for all orders of 50€ and more.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order processing times may be slightly delayed due to the volume of orders.

My tracking number has not been updated for a few days. What's wrong with it?

Don't worry, don't worry! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to be updated from pre-shipment status.

My tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?

Check your mailbox! Our shipments are delivered in simple grey or black envelopes, the size of standard printer paper, so that they can be stored in mailboxes (depending on the number of items in your order).
If the parcel is not in your letterbox, please contact a friendly neighbour / doorman or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the parcel on your behalf without informing you.
We cannot take responsibility for shipments that have arrived, but are misplaced, we do not find that they materialize quickly enough! Email us at contact@skull-action.com if you have any questions.


Return policy and process

You can request a return or exchange up to 15 days after your order. All returns must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. They are intimate after all

We offer free exchanges and store credit returns. For refunds corresponding to your initial payment, we charge a USD 5 restocking fee to assist the many players in our supply chain. You will see this deducted from the balance of your refund once we have received and clicked on "Good to go!" upon your return.

Please note,

Items purchased at a sale on the entire site or at a starting price are considered a final sale and cannot be returned unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges, points of sale and/or refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned products by our warehouse to confirm that they meet the above return criteria.
In-store credit applications are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used for anything on our site.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your package has been shipped.
While we do our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed as our stock is limited.
If you are returning a portion of a kit, the amount refunded will be the kit price of the item, not the standard total price of the item.
If you are returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the proportionally reduced price of the item, not the standard full price of the item.
Damaged returns and returns returned without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

Can I return an order shipped overseas?

Yes, international orders can be returned by mail of your choice. We do not currently have exchanges for international orders. However, if you prefer a store credit refund to place a new order, please let us know in a short email.

International customers are responsible for return shipping charges and obtaining a tracking number for your shipment - lost return shipments will not be refunded or credited. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
