It is a ring made in the “Kirchlengern Forest” (A haunted forest in Germany), by a witch that damned a lumberjack by transforming him into a monster than into a ring that she kept around her finger. As you may have noticed, the whole ring is painted in chrome except some details that are here painted in black like the wide eyes, the round nose, the well detailed frowned eyebrows, the space between every big teeth. And on the top of the monster head two long witch fingers with two rings remain to the witch.
